RAI4O is an independent IT consultancy working with individuals and small businesses. We serve clients across Germany, with an office in Berlin as our fixed base.
Why we work this way
Most IT decisions get made under time pressure and then never revisited. What is left is a pile of tools nobody is sure about and a set of files nobody can find.
We take the other order: look first, understand second, change third. That takes longer up front and costs less overall, because we are not building against a problem you do not have.
We do not recommend products we would not use ourselves. When something is wrong for you, we say so — even when it means part of the work disappears.
