Four steps, and nothing hidden between them
Most of the value happens in steps two and three, which cost you nothing but a little time. That is deliberate.

1. Conversation
Thirty minutes, no charge and no obligation. You describe what is happening; we ask about the constraints rather than the wish list. By the end you know whether this is worth doing at all — including when the answer is that it is not us you need.
2. Inventory
We list what exists: devices, accounts, subscriptions in use and subscriptions still being paid for. Nothing is assessed or changed during this step. In most engagements this is where the picture becomes clear.
3. Written plan
Every proposed change with what it costs, what it saves and what happens if you do nothing. Ordered by benefit per month, with the free items at the top. You decide the order, or decide against it.
4. Delivery
Work in stages so the business stays open. A backup before each one, a short handover note after, and a named person to ask when the next thing comes up.
What we need from you
Access to the accounts and devices involved, a working phone number, and someone who can make decisions on the day. That is genuinely all.
What you get at the end
A handover document describing every system, every account, where the files live, how the backups work and who to call. Written so that a new IT person could pick it up without asking us a single question.
